Office Appointments

Each time you see your doctor or nurse practitioner, you will be given a follow up appointment card. The staff will let you know what type of visit you are scheduled for, as each visit involves a different amount of time. Examples include blood test only, infusion treatment, and physician or nurse practitioner exam. Our goal is to process appointments based on scheduled appointment time, not on time of arrival. Please try to come as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible.

On occasion, patients with serious medical problems may have to be added into the daily appointment schedule. This can sometimes lead to delays. We ask for your understanding and will make the same accommodations should you ever need an emergent visit.
